Collaborative Programs to Develop Cellular Models of Disease
Collaborative services are FTE-based. Cellumen requires an up-front set-up fee that can be credited against subsequent service invoices. Cellumen will be happy to provide you with its Master Services Agreement that will reference Project Work Plans that are negotiated for each collaborative project.
Cellumen works with its customers to develop reagents, cell lines, and cellular systems biology (CSB™) profiling protocols for a disease of interest. Cellumen will work with you to define a work plan, or propose a solution and work plan. Cellumen can perform compound screening at its labs (see Profiling Services below) or license the cellular model and CSB™ protocol for your in-house use (see Licensing below).

CellCiphr® Cellular Models of Disease Profiling Services
Cellumen will develop and optimize cellular systems biology (CSB™) profiling for a cellular disease model. In its advanced screening facility in Pittsburgh, Cellumen utilizes a suite of imaging technologies, including high-content screening (HCS) readers, to investigate efficacy and to elucidate mechanisms of action, as well as to explore off-target effects.

Sales and Licensing
Cellumen has available a growing list of advanced protein-protein interaction biosensors and inducible protein expression reagents. The reagents are available in several forms for delivery to cells. In addition, assays can be licensed on an annual basis.
